We recently held another photo challenge on our forums, NYI Photo Forum, with the theme of filter photography – both physical filters used during the actual photograph, as well as filters and other plug-ins in the digital darkroom. This is part 2 of a two-part series on filters and photography.

Below are the entries for Jim Stettler, Rosie Parent, and James Bullard. It was a tough decision, but we went with Jim’s artistic use of the Sin City filter.
